Jeremy Park, P. Eng, ALS, SLS, BCLS, MBA – President
Jeremy Park, co-founder and President of Connexa Group, combines over 20 years of hands-on geomatics experience with a deep commitment to strategy, training, and operational excellence. A two-time University of Calgary alumnus with an MBA, Jeremy serves as Connexa’s key integrator—ensuring that people, processes, and services work together seamlessly across the organization. His leadership drives the company’s connected culture and unified approach.
Corey Wick, MBA – Vice President
As a co-founder of Connexa Group, Corey Wick drives the company’s growth strategy and oversees major partnerships across Western Canada. With over 25 years in the energy sector and an MBA from the University of Calgary, Corey leverages deep industry knowledge and a diverse background spanning operations, project management, and marketing. Known for his relationship-first leadership style, Corey has been instrumental in building Connexa’s culture of trust, collaboration, and client-focused service.
Richard Nelson, MBA – Operations Lead
Richard Nelson is the Operations Lead at Connexa Group, responsible for ensuring that all divisions work together efficiently and effectively. With deep experience in field operations, resource coordination, equipment management, and safety leadership, Richard plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly across the organization. His focus on operational discipline, cross-team alignment, and continuous improvement strengthens Connexa’s ability to deliver high-quality, connected services.
Mark Cross, RPF – Environmental Lead
As Connexa Group’s Environmental Lead, Mark Cross guides the planning, execution, and reporting of environmental projects across Western Canada. Known for his depth of regulatory expertise and hands-on field experience, Mark provides clients with reliable guidance and solutions that balance environmental responsibility with project needs. His collaborative approach strengthens Connexa’s integrated service delivery model.
Doug Sharp, MBA – CEO
As co-founder and CEO, Doug Sharp brings more than 30 years of Western Canadian oil and gas experience to Connexa Group. A two-time University of Calgary alumnus with an MBA, Doug is known for his strategic vision, industry insight, and commitment to building strong teams and lasting client relationships. His leadership has played a central role in the company’s transformation from CORE Geomatics to Connexa Group.
Joel Hergott, ALS, P. Eng., PMP – Energy Geomatics Lead
Joel Hergott is the Energy Geomatics Lead for Geomatics at Connexa Group, overseeing survey operations and project delivery across upstream and midstream environments. With deep technical expertise and years of field and office experience, Joel ensures high-quality data, efficient workflows, and strong alignment between project teams and client needs. His leadership helps drive Connexa’s reputation for precision, reliability, and trusted geomatics solutions in the energy sector.
